These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Bemove and any person making a purchase on the site.

2. Products
The products offered are described with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, slight variations may occur.

3. Prices
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars ($), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
A confirmation email is sent after the order is validated.

5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are: Credit/Debit Card/VISA/Shop/Shop/Pay/Visa/Mastercard/American Express

6. Delivery
Products are delivered within 5 to 8 business days.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns and refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

9. Warranty
Our products are covered by statutory warranties regarding conformity and hidden defects.

10. Liability
We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the product.

11. Personal data
The data collected is necessary for processing orders.
It is never sold to third parties.

12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance of terms
